Our Story
It started with a conversation. How can we eliminate as many processes and chemicals as possible from the foods we eat and the products we use? Why are we cleaning ourselves with detergents? And so, with a humble attempt at a pure Castile soap, Deerfield Farm was born.
We aren't chemists; we're a couple.
We don't have a factory or an assembly line; we have our kitchen.
Our focus is to offer high quality, low ingredient, homemade soaps and candles and wax melts. It is as simple as that.

We started our little business with the goal of never skimping on ingredients for cost or convenience. Our melts and candles are 100% beeswax, and always will be! We will never lose sight of our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

We have only two recipes for our soaps: a pure Castile made with olive oil, water and lye and our blend of olive oil, coconut oil, shea butter, and cocoa butter. We promise to use the finest ingredients in our soaps, including premium fragrance oils, and natural micas for color, and that's it. We believe that using high-quality ingredients is the key to our creations.
